Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our PRN team. You’ll choose when you work while remaining part of a supportive therapy team that emphasizes high-quality care.

Responsibilities include evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
