Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to enable site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, troubleshoot, document, and hand off to support teams. The role requires broad infra and OT awareness with strong collaboration across site personnel, engineering, vendors, and remote teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field support or related areas, with networking, cybersecurity, and industrial tech experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments, infrastructure implementation, or operational readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities as required.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: Support site onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT and industrial environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: Install, validate, and troubleshoot network and security infrastructure.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: Identify, validate, and document OT assets and supporting infrastructure.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: Support testing, connectivity validation, readiness reviews, and defect tracking.
• Documentation and Support Transition: Maintain site implementation notes, deployment records, and handoff documentation.
