Job summary

EY seeks an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to drive site readiness, asset onboarding, and infrastructure coordination across industrial environments. You will troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity, coordinate with engineering resources, vendors, and site teams, and document deployment and support transition activities.

The role requires broad OT-related knowledge, strong problem-solving, and travel to support multiple sites as needed, with a hybrid blend of field and on-site work in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field support, infrastructure, networking, or OT deployment experience.
• Experience with site-based technology deployments and readiness activities.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Comfort working in manufacturing or industrial environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Site onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Coordinate site surveys, readiness checks, logistics, and preparation.
• Collaborate with project teams, site personnel, vendors, and support teams.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, endpoint devices, and infrastructure issues.
• Document deployment records and support transition materials.
