Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to support site readiness, asset onboarding, infrastructure coordination, and implementation validation in operational technology environments.

The ideal candidate will have broad technical capability across infrastructure, networking, and OT environments, with strong problem-solving and field execution skills. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site onboarding, implementation readiness, and deployment activities for OT and industrial environments.
• Coordinate local field activities with project teams, engineering resources, site personnel, vendors, and support teams.
• Assist with installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructure.
• Assist with onboarding assets into monitoring, visibility, or support platforms where applicable.
