Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to enable site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and manage documentation. The role requires hands-on capability across OT environments and collaboration with site personnel, vendors, and remote support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of field support, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation experience.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Site onboarding, readiness and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineering resources, site personnel, vendors and support teams.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, OT assets, and infrastructure; validate implementation readiness.
• Maintain deployment records, asset information and support transition documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent

Tools

Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA)
