Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to enable site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, document activities, and ensure a smooth handoff to steady-state support.

The role requires broad infrastructure and OT awareness, strong problem-solving, field execution discipline, and the ability to collaborate with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support organizations. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field support, infrastructure, networking, or OT deployment experience.
• Experience with site-based technology deployments and readiness activities.
• Willingness to travel onsite as required.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: assist onboarding, readiness, deployment activities for OT environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: assist installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network/security infra.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory: help identify, validate, and document OT assets and supporting infra.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: support testing, connectivity validation, defect tracking, and escalation as needed.
