Job summary

EY’s Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT role is a hands-on, field-facing position that drives site readiness, infrastructure coordination, asset onboarding, validation, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer across OT environments.

The ideal candidate will bring broad infrastructure and networking skills, strong problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support organizations in a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, cybersecurity, CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years in field support, infrastructure, networking, or industrial tech.
• Experience with site-based deployments and readiness activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, troubleshooting of network/security infra.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: identify/validate assets and document updates.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: support connectivity validation and defect tracking.
• Documentation and Support Transition: maintain deployment notes and handoff artifacts.
