Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to support site readiness, asset onboarding, and infrastructure coordination in industrial environments. This hands‑on role requires broad skills across infrastructure, networking, endpoint support, and practical OT awareness.

You will coordinate with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support to ensure validated deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving, field execution discipline, and travel ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments, infrastructure implementation, or operational readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network and security infra.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory: identify, validate, and document OT assets and infrastructure.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: assist with testing, connectivity validation, and defect tracking.
• Documentation and Support Transition: maintain deployment notes and handoff docs.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution.
