Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, cybersecurity, CS, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of field/infrastructure support and networking experience.
• Experience supporting site deployments and operational readiness.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs) and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and work in manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness, and deployment for OT and industrial environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network/security infrastructure.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: asset validation and documentation.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: connectivity validation and defect tracking.
• Documentation and Support Transition: maintain deployment notes and handoff artifacts.
