Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to ensure site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, and support transition to steady-state operations. The role requires broad infrastructure and OT awareness and collaboration with site personnel, engineering, vendors, and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments and operational readiness activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: Assist onboarding, readiness checks, deployment logistics, and coordination with teams and vendors.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: Install/validate network and security infrastructure; troubleshoot connectivity.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: Document OT assets, validate connectivity, update inventory records.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: Support testing, defect tracking, escalation, and stabilization post-implementation.
• Documentation and Support Transition: Maintain deployment notes and handoff docs; support knowledge transfer.
