Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager within Technology Consulting to lead client engagements, assess and design cybersecurity for OT/ICS environments, and drive risk reduction while ensuring safety and reliability.

You will mentor teams, develop proposals, and build trusted client relationships, staying current on OT threat activity and industry regulations across critical infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field.
• Approximately 8+ years in cybersecurity, OT security or related areas.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or security programs.
• Knowledge of OT environments, ICS, and industrial protocols.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews, vulnerability assessments and roadmaps.
• Assess industrial environments with ICS/SCADA technologies and supporting infrastructure.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and defense in depth.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF guidance relevant to client environments.
• Lead client workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for additional EY value.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
