Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead client engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will guide the design and implementation of security controls, and manage scope, timelines, and budgets across multidisciplinary teams.

Role requires deep OT/ICS knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to lead complex projects with operational and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity/ OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and roadmaps.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Assess industrial environments and OT networks for control systems.
• Design and implement OT security controls with defense in depth.
• Translate technical findings into operational risk implications for clients.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and manage engagement delivery.
