Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for OT and Industrial Control System environments.

You will combine practical OT security knowledge with leadership, client advisory, and business development to protect critical operations while supporting safety, availability and reliability. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant OT cybersecurity or industrial automation experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI and industrial networking.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82 guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps or security designs.
• Experience leading teams and managing client expectations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Assess industrial environments including ics, scada, dcs, plc, rtu, hmi, sis and iiot tech.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls including network segmentation and secure remote access.
• Apply isa/iec 62443 and nist sp 800-82 frameworks and related standards.
• Lead client workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, workplans, resources, risks, quality, timelines and budgets.
• Lead, coach and develop engagement teams; promote collaboration and safety.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify EY value opportunities.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on OT threat activity and evolving regulations.
