Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting. The role leads client engagements to assess, design and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments.

You will combine practical OT security knowledge with engagement leadership, client advisory, team development and business development. You will work across engineering, operations, cybersecurity and technology teams to help clients protect critical operations while supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, plus experience.
Approximately 5+ years of cybersecurity/OT security experience.
Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including maturity and risk assessments.
Assess ICS/OT environments and industrial networks for security gaps.
Design and implement OT security controls (segmentation, hardening, monitoring).
Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards as applicable.
Lead workshops with stakeholders and translate findings into risk actions.
Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and client expectations.
