Job summary

EY seeks an OT Cybersecurity Manager within Technology Consulting in Houston to lead engagements and advance cybersecurity for industrial OT/ICS environments. You will combine OT security expertise with client advisory, team development and business growth, working across engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams to safeguard critical operations.

You will apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 guidance, lead workshops, manage scope and budgets, and mentor teams while building trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or engineering.
• 5+ years in OT cybersecurity, industrial automation or related areas.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and improvement programs.
• Knowledge of OT networks, ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including risk assessments and roadmaps.
• Assess ICS/SCADA environments and design practical security controls.
• Guide implementation of defense in depth, segmentation and monitoring.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 guidance as relevant.
• Lead workshops, translate findings into operational risk implications.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Coach teams, review deliverables and foster a quality safety culture.
• Develop client relationships and identify EY value opportunities.
• Support proposals, thought leadership and reusable assets.
• Stay current on OT threat activity and evolving regulations.
