Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead engagements across industrial control systems, modernizing control environments and integrating OT with business IT. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and security improvement programs.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments like SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments and security strategy.
• Assess industrial environments and supporting infrastructure (IC S, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Design and implement OT security controls (network segmentation, secure remote access, monitoring, incident response).
• Translate technical findings into operational risk implications for clients and EY teams.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead, coach and develop engagement teams; ensure quality of deliverables.
