Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for OT/ICS environments. You will combine OT security expertise with leadership, advisory, and business development to protect critical operations and ensure safety and reliability.

You will guide workshops, manage scope and budgets, mentor teams, and build trusted client relationships while staying current on OT threat activity and regulatory changes. EY offers competitive rewards and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, OT security or industrial automation.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and programs.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments and networks.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82.
• Experience in creating client reports, roadmaps and security designs.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including assessments and roadmaps.
• Assess ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU/HMI/IIoT environments and networks.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and monitoring.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF in client environments.
• Lead workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Develop team members and identify opportunity for EY value.
