Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology environments.

You will guide teams across engineering, operations, cybersecurity and executives, delivering risk-informed recommendations while supporting safety, availability and reliability of critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field.
• 8+ years of OT security, ICS, or industrial automation experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and roadmaps.
• Hands-on knowledge of OT environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and implementation support.
• Assess industrial environments (ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, IIoT).
• Guide design and implementation of OT security controls and secure access.
• Apply OT cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Lead client workshops with stakeholders and translate findings into risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Develop and coach engagement teams and promote quality work.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify EY value opportunities.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on OT threat activity and best practices.
