Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements assessing, designing and improving cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will blend OT security expertise with leadership, advisory and BD activities across engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams.

You will guide workshops, translate findings into business risk insights, and ensure timely, quality deliverables while building trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments and industrial networking.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82 guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps and security designs.
• Experience leading teams, managing client expectations and budgets.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and roadmaps.
• Assess industrial environments (ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU/HMI/SIS/IIoT) and related networks.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and secure remote access.
• Apply OT cybersecurity frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Lead workshops with operations, engineering, cybersecurity and exec stakeholders.
• Manage engagement scope, tasks, resources, risks, timelines and budgets.
• Coach engagement teams and promote a quality-focused, safety-aware culture.
• Build client relationships and identify additional EY value opportunities.
• Support proposals, thought leadership and reusable methodology assets.
• Stay current on OT threats, vulnerabilities, regulations and best practices.
