Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will combine practical OT security knowledge with engagement leadership, client advisory, team development and business development.

You will work across engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams to help clients protect critical operations while supporting safety,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of cybersecurity or OT security experience, with leadership responsibilities.
Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or security programs.
Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments and industrial networking.
Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or similar guidance.
Ability to produce client reports, roadmaps and security designs.
Experience leading teams, managing client expectations and delivering on time.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity assessments and roadmaps.
Assess industrial environments and ICS/OT technologies and networks.
Design and implement practical OT security controls and monitoring capabilities.
Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks in client environments.
Lead workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
