Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Defense Specialist to protect its global manufacturing environment.

The role requires deep OT engineering knowledge, a passion for cybersecurity, and the ability to lead OT-focused detection and incident response within the CSOC. You will act as a subject matter expert for OT/ICS, lead development of OT-focused detection content, perform advanced investigations, and mentor other analysts while coordinating with enterprise

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent (US E5 or Canadian rank) or 5 years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant OT cybersecurity experience.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS tech: PLC, DCS, SCADA, industrial networks.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, threat hunting is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex risks to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as OT SME for ICS/OT networks, guidance on risks and technologies.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments; conduct threat hunting and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Develop detection content, playbooks, and incident response guidance for OT.
