Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Defense Specialist to protect our global manufacturing environment.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on OT/ICS, lead detection content development, and coordinate incident response across OT and enterprise networks. Ideal candidates will bring deep OT engineering experience, strong knowledge of industrial control systems, and a passion for cybersecurity in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military rank OR 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant OT/ICS experience.
• Deep knowledge of OT/IC S technologies including PLC, DCS, SCADA, industrial networks.
• Experience with security operations, incident response or threat hunting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for OT, providing guidance on ICS, OT networks and cyber risks.
• Lead development of OT-focused detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments; threat hunting and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Develop detection content, playbooks and incident response guidance for OT.
• Mentor and train analysts to grow OT expertise within CSOC.
