Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Defense Specialist to join the CSOC and protect Dow's global manufacturing environment.

The role requires deep OT/ICS knowledge, experience with OT networks, and the ability to develop detection content and coordinate incident response across manufacturing and enterprise settings. You will mentor analysts, lead OT-focused detections, and contribute to cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent, or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant OT/cybersecurity experience.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS technologies and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for OT, guiding on ICS, OT networks, and cyber risks.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments; threat hunting and forensics.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Maintain detection content, playbooks, and incident response procedures.
• Collaborate on cross-functional cybersecurity projects to improve OT posture.
• Mentor analysts to grow OT expertise within CSOC.
