Dow Inc. is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Defense Specialist to join the CSOC and protect Dow's global manufacturing environment.

The role will focus on detecting, investigating, and responding to cyber threats targeting industrial control systems and OT networks. Qualifications

• Deep OT/ICS knowledge across DCS, PLC, SCADA, networks, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, threat hunting or monitoring preferred.
• Ability to communicate risks and recommendations to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as OT SME for ICS, OT networks, and cyber risks.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases, analytics, and monitoring.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments; hunt threats and coordinate response.
• Assess emerging threats, translate intel into defensive capabilities.
• Create and maintain detection content, playbooks, and incident response guidance.
• Contribute to cross-functional cybersecurity projects to improve OT posture.
• Mentor analysts to grow OT expertise within CSOC.
