Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Operational Technology Cyber Defense Specialist to protect our global manufacturing environment in the U.S. This role requires deep OT engineering experience blended with cybersecurity know‑how, serving as a CSOC subject matter expert for OT.

You will help detect, investigate and respond to threats targeting ICS and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead OT detection development, contribute to cross‑functional cybersecurity projects, and mentor other

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of OT and IC technologies (DCS, PLC, SCADA, industrial networks).
Experience with OT attack surfaces, risk vectors, and cyber threats in industrial environments.
Background in security operations, incident response, threat hunting or cyber monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as OT SME on industrial control systems, OT networks and cyber risks.
Develop OT-focused detection use cases, analytics and monitoring capabilities (MITRE ATT&CK for ICs).
Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments, including threat hunting and forensics.
Evaluate emerging threats, translate intel into actionable defense capabilities.
Develop detection content, playbooks and incident response guidance for OT monitoring.
