Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Defense Specialist to protect Dow's global manufacturing landscape. You will serve as a subject matter expert on OT/ICS, drive detection content, and coordinate incident response across OT and enterprise environments.

The role emphasizes deep OT engineering experience with a passion for cybersecurity, threat hunting, and continuous improvement of CSOC capabilities. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant, or 5 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
• Strong OT/IC knowledge and familiarity with OT attack surfaces and cyber threats.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a team SME for OT, guiding on ICS, OT networks, and cyber risks.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases and analytics utilizing MITRE ATT&CK for ICs.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments, including threat hunting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain detection content, playbooks, and incident response procedures for OT security.
