Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC. seeks a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 2 to support the POSTMAN workflow in Bethesda, MD. You will help IC users search, retrieve and exploit data, acting as a power user and trainer for the POSTMAN platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration with mission partners, development of tradecraft, and delivery of user guides while maintaining strong problem-solving and communication skills in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years OSINT/IC analyst experience (2 additional years may substitute).
• Experience with Intelligence Community and law enforcement.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of intelligence insights.
• Provide POSTMAN familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft.
• Build relationships to enable use of novel technologies and data in finished intelligence.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN.
• Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials.
• Document user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements.
