Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform mission in Bethesda, MD. This role supports POSTMAN, a DoD-wide workflow management platform for Open Source Intelligence.

The OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 3 will provide POSTMAN familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to Intelligence Community users, helping them search for and retrieve relevant data to support intelligence analysis and

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree with six years of OSINT experience; advanced equivalencies acceptable.
Experience with IC/Law Enforcement and software platforms for discovery.
Ability to train end users and create guides for software platforms.
Strong problem solving in fast-paced environments and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of critical insights.
Provide POSTMAN familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
Collaborate with POSTMAN team, customer staff, and IC users to define requirements.
Offer subject matter expertise on platform use and tradecraft through outreach.
Build relationships to enable use of new technologies for data discovery.
Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN.
Create training materials for POSTMAN familiarization.
Document user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
Collect and analyze metrics to improve data discovery and user engagement.
