Job summary

Base-2 Solutions in Bethesda, MD is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform mission. This role works with POSTMAN, a DoD-wide workflow platform for Open Source Intelligence, helping users search for and retrieve relevant data to support intelligence analysis and operations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced intelligence analyst or instructor who enjoys teaching, problem solving, and collaborating with mission partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 6+ years of OSINT experience or equivalent.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and solve complex problems.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of critical insights.
• Provide POSTMAN familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements and outcome-based approaches.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
• Build relationships to enable use of novel technologies and data.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN software.
• Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials for users.
• Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
