Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 4 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform mission in Bethesda, MD. This role focuses on POSTMAN, a DoD-wide workflow platform for Open Source Intelligence, and requires building user tradecraft and providing training and support to Intelligence Community users.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• 10+ years OSINT analyst experience.
• Experience with IC and law enforcement agencies.
• Ability to create user guides and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of insights.
• Provide POSTMAN familiarization and discovery support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft.
• Build relationships to enable use of novel technologies for data discovery.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN.
• Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials.
• Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements.
