Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC in Bethesda, MD, seeks an OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 2 to support the POSTMAN workflow for Open Source Intelligence. You will become a POSTMAN power user, provide training and tradecraft support to IC users, and collaborate with mission partners to understand requirements and apply novel technologies.

The role emphasizes user engagement, documentation, and the development of materials to improve data discovery and adoption of POSTMAN across the IC.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience working with, or as, an OSINT intelligence analyst.
Two additional years of experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
Experience working with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.

Responsibilities

Become a POSTMAN power user to support the discovery of critical intelligence insights.
Provide POSTMAN software familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
Collaborate with POSTMAN team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements, novel technology applications, and outcome-based approaches.
Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual customer outreach and engagement.
Build professional relationships that enable the use of novel technologies and tradecraft to discover, retrieve, and incorporate relevant data into finished intelligence products.
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN software and relevant data.
Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials to support users.
Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
