Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks an OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the POSTMAN workflow for DoD-wide data tasks in Bethesda, MD. You will help IC users search for relevant data, familiarize them with POSTMAN, and deliver discovery tradecraft support in a fast-paced mission environment.

The role favors analysts with intelligence background who enjoy training, developing tradecraft, and working directly with mission partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years' OSINT experience; 3 extra years may substitute for degree.
• Additional related experience as a military intelligence analyst may count toward the degree.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work with teammates and customers to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Provide POSTMAN software familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team, customer staff, and IC users on requirements and outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
• Build relationships to enable use of novel technologies and data in finished products.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN software and data.
• Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials for users.
• Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
