Job summary

Base-2 Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 2 to support the POSTMAN workflow management platform for Open Source Intelligence. The role involves software familiarization, discovery tradecraft, and direct support to IC users to locate and retrieve relevant data for analysis.

The ideal candidate has experience as an OSINT analyst or instructor, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with mission partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years OSINT/intelligence experience.
• Experience with IC and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support discovery of critical insights.
• Provide POSTMAN familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements.
• Provide SME on platform use and discovery tradecraft via in-person and virtual outreach.
• Build relationships to enable use of novel tech and data in finished products.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN software.
• Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials.
• Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
