Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a User Support Specialist to help users familiarize themselves with an Open Source Intelligence OSINT platform. You will work with Intelligence Community users to search and retrieve data for analysis and operations, collaborating with team members to apply novel technology and tradecraft.

You will become a power user of POSTMAN, create training materials, and engage customers to understand requirements and drive data discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in all-source intelligence analysis or equivalent military experience.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to support national security missions.
• Ability to work with teammates and customers to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Self-motivated, creative and organized; able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user of POSTMAN to support discovery of intelligence insights.
• Collaborate with team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements.
• Provide SME on platform use and discovery tradecraft through training & engagements.
• Build professional relationships to enable use of novel technologies.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN and data.
• Create training materials to support POSTMAN platform users.
• Document user requirements to development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements.
