Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Las Vegas seeks an OSHA Compliance Associate to advise clients on workplace safety and health compliance under OSHA rules, while also handling related labor matters and employment litigation. The role requires collaboration with clients, outside counsel, and regulators to ensure robust EH&S practices.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and at least 3+ years of employment litigation experience, with OSHA experience strongly preferred.
