Job summary

Roadrunner is hiring for an OS&D/Freight Operations role at our Detroit service center. You will serve as the primary contact for OS&D inquiries, investigate missing freight, manage exception cases, and help drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

You will maintain accurate documentation across internal systems and communicate status clearly to customers and internal teams while ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

• OS&D knowledge and freight operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary OS&D contact for inquiries and resolve lost freight.
• Maintain dock operations and proper handling of OS&D freight.
• Complete OS&D documentation accurately and support billing integrity.
• Coordinate with customers, terminals, and teams to resolve exceptions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of OS&D processes.
