Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking an OS&D Technician to resolve lost, damaged, or unaccounted freight with accuracy and urgency. This role emphasizes dock operations, documentation, and cross-team communication to protect customer trust and optimize performance.

You will investigate, coordinate disposition actions with shippers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Onsite at Mira Loma, CA, with a competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years OS&D, freight operations, or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of LTL, freight handling, or logistics environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own OS&D resolution end-to-end from inquiries to disposition with accuracy and urgency.
• Investigate and resolve lost or missing freight through dock checks and record analysis.
• Maintain precise OS&D documentation to support billing, claims, and performance metrics.
