Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking an OS&D Operations Representative to enhance processes and systems for delivery exception management. You will collaborate with carriers and customers to resolve issues, and drive improvements that reduce incident impact across the business.

You will work across functions to explore new efficiency solutions, contribute to the product road map, and take ownership of key account metrics while maintaining a high standard of customer service in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience problem solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues while providing top tier customer support.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the meaningful points, and disseminate priority insights.
• Commitment to continuously improving (self and business).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
