Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking an OS&D Technician to resolve lost, damaged, or unaccounted freight with precision and urgency. You will own end-to-end OS&D resolution, coordinate with shippers and internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation feeding billing and claims processes.

In this role, you will monitor dock operations, communicate status across networks, and contribute to continuous improvement to reduce exception volume.

Qualifications

• OS&D, freight operations, or customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of OS&D or freight operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with email, databases, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AS/400 systems preferred.
• Solid math aptitude and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own OS&D resolution end-to-end from inquiry to disposition.
• Investigate and resolve lost or missing freight through dock checks.
• Maintain accurate OS&D records to support billing and claims.
• Coordinate with customers, terminals, and internal teams to resolve exceptions.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues.
