Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking an OS&D Operations Representative to help develop processes and system improvements that raise the standard. You will work with carriers and customers to resolve delivery exceptions and drive continuous improvement in exception management.

In addition, you will collaborate across functions, own core metrics, and help shape the future vision with the product team while delivering top-tier service in a hybrid, Chicago-area environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues with customer support.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to continuous improvement (self and business).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with shipper and carrier partners in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Work across functions to seek new solutions for team efficiency and customer logistics challenges.
• Drive Uber Freight's product vision with the product team and convey it to customers.
• Own core account metrics and goals across account management teams.
• Prioritize service needs of customers.
