Hirschbach Motor Lines, LLC in Dubuque, IA is seeking an OS&D Coordinator to control losses after cargo events and protect the company from financial risk. You will interview drivers and customers to understand freight exceptions and work toward solutions aligned with customer expectations.

Responsibilities include taking OS&D calls during business hours, coordinating with the Claims Administrator and Risk Manager, creating and maintaining claim files, entering data into AS400, and collaborating

Responsabilidades

• Take OS&D calls during normal business hours, ensuring the equipment and cargo are secure.
• Communicating with the Claims Administrator for actual or potential cargo claims.
• Creating and maintaining claim files for OS&D issues.
• Entering claim information into the AS400.
• Working with drivers and customers on OS&D matters that occur during the week, for the handling of exception situations as they occur or on the next business day.
• Working with the Claims Administrator and Risk Manager to effectively and efficiently handle OS&D situations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
