Job summary

The role includes taking OS&D calls, maintaining claim files, entering data into AS400, and collaborating with Risk Manager and drivers to handle exceptions throughout the work week.

Qualifications

• Experience with OS&D processes and freight claims.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks during crises.
• AS400 experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take OS&D calls during normal business hours, ensuring the equipment and cargo are secure.
• Communicating with the Claims Administrator for actual or potential cargo claims.
• Creating and maintaining claim files for OS&D issues.
• Entering claim information into the AS400.
• Collaborating with drivers and customers on OS&D matters that occur during the week.
• Working with the Claims Administrator and Risk Manager to handle OS&D situations efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
