Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care integrating goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnosis and outcomes.
