Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Field of Study: Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) per IDFPR.
• BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient transfers with assistance and maintain safe body mechanics.
• Treat patients with dignity and respect and stay engaged.
• Create and adjust a plan of care based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluate findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Document in the EMR according to policy.
• Screen patients and determine need for further therapy services.
