New grads may qualify for a sign-on bonus; relocation is available for moving 50+ miles. This role requires a PT license and ongoing continuing education in stroke care and related areas.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
• BLS certification; maintain ongoing CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creates and modifies orthotic treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluates patients across age groups and updates plans of care accordingly.
• Educates patients and families on therapy goals and progression.
• Documents care and progress per facility policy.
• Collaborates with staff and students as a clinical resource.
