Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy completed.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Active licensure and ongoing continuing education in stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, adjusting plans of care as needed.
• Design an individualized plan of care integrating goals, treatment and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Perform examinations and document findings in the EMR.
• Collaborate with staff and students to support clinical care standards.
