Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Clinical Sales Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries in the Chattanooga, TN area. You will provide clinical and logistical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms, ensuring timely delivery of the right instruments and implants.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to travel, with opportunities to partner with Sales Consultants and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or medical certification with 2+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of professional/relevant experience.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company in surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs, manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Prepare sales reports and operate room/sterile processing consultations.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets across the assigned area.

Education

Bachelor’s/Associate/Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)
