Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Sales Consultant for the Cleveland, OH territory. This role will focus on building surgeon relationships, driving product sales across orthopaedics and medtech lines, and delivering clinical and economic value to healthcare systems.

You will identify opportunities, plan multi-product sales strategies, and collaborate with OR staff to ensure appropriate product utilization while traveling to assigned accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years in professional/related experience, or equivalent.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 8+ years experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the posted territory.

Aufgaben

• Prospecting and planning to identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas through accurate use of approved resources.
• Product Sales: Drive product sales for all assigned products within a territory or named accounts.
• Customer Relationships: Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Case Coverage: Support surgeons and OR personnel during surgical cases.
• Inventory Management: Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Implements a plan to balance product sales mix in territory.
• Travel as required to cover territory.
