Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to support the North Indianapolis territory within MedTech Orthopaedics. You will drive sales to surgeons and healthcare systems, build strong account relationships, and deliver clinical education to OR teams.

The role focuses on converting prospective surgeons, expanding existing accounts, and providing ongoing support during procedures, with travel as needed and an emphasis on value-based solutions for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience or equivalent.
• Discipline and capability to work in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop plans and selling strategies to grow sales.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales within assigned territories and named accounts with product knowledge.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Maintain surgeon/contact coverage and support during surgical cases.
• Educate customers through in-services and workshops; improve patient care.
• Maintain promotional materials and equipment per policies.
• Address competitive threats and promote new products.
• Implement balanced product sales mix in territory.
