Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Louisville, KY territory in DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics. You will provide clinical and customer support in hospitals, assist surgeons in the OR, ensure proper equipment and trays, and help manage orders and billing.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong communication, and a passion for delivering patient-centered orthopedic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and support product conversions.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge and proper utilization.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability and optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales and marketing teams; prepare sales documents.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure materials are presented well and meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DPS products with value propositions.
